Vehicles on lakes during winter.
No vehicles are allowed on any lake in the Town of Summit with the exception that snowmobiles and ATVs are allowed on Golden Lake.
Winter Parking Restrictions in effect November 1 to April 1
Please be advised that on all Town roads there is No Parking on Town right of way from November 1st through April 1st regardless of weather conditions. Address Posting Town ordinance requires that town-approved address placards be posted at the roadway for all buildings in the Town of Summit. More importantly then that, if you have your address clearly posted at the roadway it is a lot easier for emergency vehicles to find your house when called. There is nothing more frustrating for all involved than officers having to drive back and forth on a road and guess which house is the one that is calling.
